Operational privacy boundaries
Cerebral Robotics™ systems are designed as decision-support and awareness capabilities.
- No biometric identification
- No individual identity resolution
- No intent to track individuals
- Signals and conditions are evaluated against predefined rules
Specific system configuration is deployment-dependent and governed by the owning authority.
Wireless Watchman™ SMS and email notifications
Wireless Watchman™ may send operational SMS text messages, email notifications, or both to designated contacts responsible for monitored sensors, equipment, facilities, assets, environmental conditions, security conditions, or operational deployments.
Wireless Watchman™ is a closed-loop operational monitoring system. It is not available for public SMS subscription, public signup, marketing enrollment, lead generation, advertising, fundraising, or promotional messaging. SMS and email notifications are used only for operational monitoring, alerting, system status communications, escalation notices, and related support.
Notification recipients are designated by the customer organization during system deployment, installation, account administration, sensor provisioning, or subsequent account maintenance. Customer organizations are responsible for obtaining and maintaining recipient consent before submitting a mobile phone number for Wireless Watchman™ SMS operational notifications.
Notifications are generated automatically when a monitored sensor or device reports an event, alarm condition, state change, communication status, environmental threshold condition, operational status update, or escalation condition. Message frequency varies based on sensor activity, customer configuration, and monitored conditions. SMS message and data rates may apply depending on the recipient's wireless carrier and service plan.
Recipients may opt out of SMS notifications at any time by replying STOP to any SMS message. Recipients may reply HELP for assistance. Email notification recipients may request removal or changes through their customer account administrator or by contacting Cerebral Robotics™ support.
Additional information regarding Wireless Watchman™ SMS consent, enrollment, message types, message frequency, HELP instructions, STOP instructions, and privacy handling is available on the dedicated Wireless Watchman™ SMS Consent page.

Data handling and retention (owning authority governs)
Data handling, retention, access control, and disposition are governed by the owning authority and the terms of the deployment.
Cerebral Robotics™ does not claim ownership of operational data generated during deployment. Data governance requirements, including retention periods and access permissions, are defined by the customer/partner organization and applicable policy.
- Authority and governance remain with the owning organization
- System-of-record ownership remains external
- Retention and access policies are defined by deployment terms
If your organization requires specific data handling controls (e.g., retention limits, encryption posture, audit requirements), provide them during a Technical Fit Review: Technical Fit Review
